and so it grows...i hope

i went yarn shopping the day i received my match and, after running around the different lys-es looking for the perfect yarn, decided on jaeger extra fine merino double knitting in a lovely deep red. the pattern is interlocking balloons from scarf style and i love how it goes. it's my first chart and i'm trying to be really careful so i don't make any mistakes!

my pal has also contacted me...hope i didn't give her too many problems in finding a pattern for me!
