It's Here!!!!!!!!!
I got this in the mail today. A beautiful, variegated green, soft yarn scarf. Thank you Janis from N.J.
I noticed that it was posted on the 3rd and it reached Sydney by the 8th. Now that's speedy!
I was so keen I opened it in the Post Office where it received many admiring looks and comments.
Thank you also for the colourful sock yarn.
I hope the scarf you receive provides you with as much pleasure as this has to me.

Hi Kate,
Glad you like the scarf! I agonized over the choice of yarn and pattern and had many false starts. Many times I'm kind of a pastel and variegated type person (think Pink in any shade or hue) and so I was having trouble thinking autumnal and solids. My scarf arrived fairly early on and provided me with the inspiration I needed to really get going with your scarf. Your scarf is made with Noro silk garden as was the scarf I received. I realized that the yarn was striped, not variegated and in the multidirectional scarf pattern, the stripiness plays it self out as patchworky or blocky. I adore the silky sheen of the scarf that Anne from Cambridge UK made for me and thought it might have appeal down under too!
Cheers! Janis
