I think the disagreement between the yarn and myself is over! I've been working on a lace pattern for almost a foot, and I think we have something here! Don't worry, secret pal, you will have a scarf!

You haven't been alone in your struggle. I guess I got lucky because the yarn/pattern combo I chose for the exchange worked better than I expected. But I just started a "simple" pattern for the Red Scarf Project and the yarn is waging a battle against me.
