Yarn has arrived
This morning I found that the postman had tried (rather unsuccessfully!) to shove a parcel through our letter box. Inside I found a beautifully wrapped pink tissue paper parcel. Inside the tissue paper I found two gorgeous balls of Noro Silk Garden - destined to be my Scarf Pal's scarf.
As my 19 month old daughter would say "nyum, nyum, nyum"!

My LYS is having a 10% off sale today and they have a huge selection of Noro. I was thinking of using Silk Garden, but I really want to do something with cables. I'm not sure how the combo would work. What pattern are you using or are you making it up as you go?
I'm going to use the MagKnits short rows rib - it'll be interesting to do, but the colours shouldn't interfere with the pattern and vice versa. I've seen a pic of it on someone's blog (can't remember whose) and it looked really good.
