On My Way
I have been in touch with my pals on both ends, and I am on my way! My pal also expressed an interest in jewel tones so I have chosen this lovely Debbie Bliss Cashmarino Aran (so soft!) and the lovely pattern Backyard Leaves from Scarf Style. The color renders pretty true on my monitor. Two repeats down, 20+ to go! It's hard to see the pattern yet, but I think I love it. What do you think?

I love that pattern and keep meaning to make it. The color you chose is really great - very reminicent of fall leaves. Your scarf will be beautiful.

What do you think of the pattern? I was looking it over and others had suggested it was a little tricky but I love, love the look. The problem would be that I am pretty sure I couldn't give it up to my pal, sorry:)
