The stitch pattern is Rose Trellis Lace from one of the Barbara Walker Treasuries (either the first or second, I don`t remember which and I'm not at home to check).
I plan to write up the scarf pattern (including a chart, as this pattern is much easier to work from a chart than from written instructions) and make it available on my blog. I will post here when I do so.
