Note:
Chain selveage:at beg of RS row hold yarn at front and slip edge st. purlwise;
before last st. bring yarn to front and slip last st. purlwise;
on WS rows k1st st. tbl, k last st.

Pattern:
cast 31 sts loosly and P1 WS row,
