I stopped by the post office today and picked up my wonderful scarf from Stacey. She knitted me a beautiful deep red Liessel scarf using Elsebeth Lavold's Silky Wool. It is just perfect--perfect color, perfect pattern, perfect length, perfect, perfect , perfect...

I also got a great postcard from Madison, Wisconsin with the city in the background and the sky is almost the color of my scarf. Stacey also sent me some great stitch markers that will really make my next project feel so special. I am wearing the lip balm she sent, have the cute lantern moon sweater key chain hanging on my knitting bag, and plan to eat chocolate tonight as I knit.

I was really lucky to be her pal......
