yipee
so i contacted my pal, found a yarn that shes not allergic to, and picked a pattern here is a pic its the cream one but wont be that color. its a easily rememberd pattern which is good since i have 4 kids, the last one being a newborn, so i will have to stop repeatedly to pump, change diapers, get the middle two to quit locking eachother in the bathroom and help with homework lol
im so excited to start, but i have to wait for the yarn aggg lol so now im going to go sit in the sunshine that we STILL have in this rainy state (no rain almost all summer) of washington lol
have fun!

ow that is going to be gorgeous! jealous!!!
I was actually looking at the same pattern, but have not made up my mind yet. One thing is for sure, though, I will knit that scarf one day if not this time...
I've been planning to make that pattern for myself, but will widen it a few repeats to make a shawl. I'll be watching to see how yours turns out!
Gorgeous! What a lucky swap pal you have!
You inspired me! I grabbed the pattern this morning and can't wait to knit it - probably not for this exchange, but soon
