I have decided to use the Interweave Knits Arrowhead Stole Pattern for my scarf - it's lacey, but wide & long so I'm hoping my pal can just bunch it up when it gets colder where she is. My pal likes brown, blue & green so I decided to use knitpicks.com Memories sock yarn in the Cape Cod colorway. I'm only going to be spending $16 on yarn max (I may have over-ordered but I want to make a big stole/scarf so she can wrap it) so I'll be searching for other special things to round out the package.
