I don't know about the rest of you but when I'm knitting something for a knitter, I want it to be perfect.
So that's why I'm still swatching my heart out. I started something that looked great on the swatch, but very eh as a scarf. So today is Try #3.
I really want to get this done and out.

You and I are in the same boat - the scarf might be fantastic and PERFECT, but is it perfect for your pal?
I'm still wondering if I would know - even if it hit me between the eyes...
I so agree with you as I search, swatch, knit, frog,and repeat ...
I've lost count of how many scarfs I've frogged :(
perfection is important. but don't kill yourself over it :) i'm sure its nicer than you think. unless it's not :) relax!
