I have been in contact with my recipient and after getting some ideas from her, I am going to make Knitty's Branching Out scarf in Debbie Bliss Cashmerino DK. This will be my first lace project, so wish me luck!

I love that yarn it so soft, and Branching Out is a really pretty scarf, I've tried knitting it a couple of time but we are not compatible. Its the same with the Irish Hiking Scarf I love it, but just can't seem to get it loving just so - however Im knitting a Rowan Plaid cable scarf which is perfect. Weird huh!
