Finito!

Here's my scarf all finished, blocked and ready to mail. I've got an old copy of the pattern with a very long name but it's now "Angel Pearls" by Sivia Harding. I've knit it in Karabella Lace Mohair with a blue/green assortment of beads that remind me of the sea. The scarf itself is literally light as a feather and soft as a cloud. I really adore this yarn and I hope my pal enjoys wearing it as much as I enjoyed knitting it. I went down a needle size as is usual for me but I made no other modifications to the pattern.

That is absolutely beautiful! So delicate... now I'm feeling a little embarrassed by the scarf I'm knitting.

That is stunning! I can't think but that your pal will be thrilled by it! (But Jodi, don't be embarrassed---believe me, mine's nowhere near that delicate, either. Or else we'll have to be embarrassed together ;-)

It's like gossamer. Looks like it would float on air (but the beads would anchor it). Beautiful.

Oh wow, the comments weren't showing up on my browser so I was missing all the lovely things everyone said- Thanks! You shouldn't be at all embarrassed Jodi- each of us is trying to tailor our yarn and pattern choice for the intended recipient and that means many very different scarves. I'm sure you've made a fantastic choice for your pal.
